How We Plan a Product Shoot

Every project begins with a product inquiry and a review of how many items need coverage, how the images will be used, and the visual style the brand wants to maintain. That early check helps define the scope before anything is booked.

We then build a shot list, confirm the product order, and prepare a quote based on product count, views, styling, and the level of retouching required. For small batches, this keeps the process focused and easy to review.

Clear briefs, clean setups, polished delivery

A simple workflow for small brands that need consistent product images without unnecessary back and forth.

Before production, we share a sample setup for approval so the session starts with a clear direction. During the shoot, we work through the approved list and keep the setup consistent across the selected products.

After photography, a private selection gallery is used for review. The final edited files are delivered through a private gallery, along with written usage notes that outline the agreed image use.
